Phrase 1: Training Need Analysis
Conduct short interviews with selected representative(s) to discuss the training objectives as well as difficulties faced by staff in supervising team members.
Phrase 2: Program Design
Design the training program according to the training need anaylsis results.
Phrase 3: Workshop Delivery
Deliver the training workshops in alignment with the training objectives through interactive lecture, group discussion, games, case studies, exercises and experience sharing.
Phrase 4: Training Evaluation
Assess the effectiveness of the training workshop and make further recommendations.
