Affected by the new coronary pneumonia pandemic, many organizations have switched to video interviews when recruiting employees to reduce the risk of infection. Compared with the traditional face-to-face approach, the video interview does have many advantages, but there are also unavoidable limitations on the other hand. In light of that, this webinar aims to share with participants the pros and cons of different staff selection approaches as well as practical tips for making the selection interview a success.
