Event Confirmation:
HMI Consulting will contact the registered participants to confirm the registration after payment is received and processed.
Notes:
Attendance Arrangement: If any registered participant cannot attend a particular event, a replacement participant can be arranged to attend the same event. No refund will be made for any absence.
Typhoon and Rainstorm Policy: Event will NOT be cancelled unless Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, or Red/Black Rainstorm signal is in force TWO HOURS before the event commences. In case of event cancellation due to weather conditions, make-up event will be arranged and HMI Consulting Limited will notify all registered participants about the arrangement.
